Sales, Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy relates to item(s) purchased from The Molotovs online merchandise store and is not applicable to any purchases made from the Ochre Store. 

We aim to dispatch item(s) within 3 working days of receiving your order but please bear with us should this not be possible. We aim to notify you via the email address provided by you if dispatch will be longer than expected and we thank you in advance for your understanding. 

Unless stated on the item(s) description, all item(s) dispatched to a UK address will be by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service unless this is not possible for reasons beyond our control and another service will be used. Please do check you have entered all details correct on your order form as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of item(s) due to an incorrect or incomplete postal address. If you have not received your order with 2 weeks of shipping confirmation please do let us know via the CONTACT section and we will investigate.

We want you to enjoy the merchandise you purchase, but if you change your mind you can inform us via the CONTACT section within 14 days of receiving your item(s) that you would like to cancel your order. We will then ask you to send the item(s) back to us to the address provided in correspondence within 14 days. Once received, we will refund the cost of the item(s) within 14 days by the same means of payment you used to make your purchase as long as the item(s) are returned suitable for resale and unworn if it is an item of clothing.

Return postage is your responsibility unless item(s) are faulty or we sent the wrong item(s) in error. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Unless we made an error in sending an incorrect item(s) we do not send replacements and kindly ask for you to purchase a more suitable item from our online merchandise store. 

In the unfortunate event that an item(s) be delivered to you damanged, we ask that you inform us via the CONTACT section (with photos if possible) promptly after delivery (and not more than 28 days after delivery) for a case by case solution.
